These terms describe the public website and general presentation limits for D.O Command. The site is informational. Product access remains private, and this page does not create an account, enable features, or offer a purchase or checkout.
Use of a workspace depends on an invitation or authorization and the terms presented directly to the customer during onboarding. If those specific terms differ from this page, they govern that customer's relationship.
2. The product
D.O Command is an operating environment with supported capabilities for organizing clients, messages, tasks, calendar, services, finance information, files and business context in workspaces. Available capabilities depend on the workspace profile and configuration.
Onboarding interprets information and may propose a structured setup. The customer reviews and confirms the proposal; the product configures only supported capabilities and workflows. No setup creates arbitrary software.
3. Workspaces and customer content
The customer controls information its team enters or imports and must have appropriate authority to use it. Members access workspace data according to their membership and permissions checked by the product.
Do not submit unlawful content, third-party credentials without authorization, or personal information that is not needed. The customer is responsible for assessing whether available features fit its process and obligations.
4. Third-party connections
Provider connections depend on configuration, external service availability and applicable approvals. An integration capability does not mean every account or connection is ready or approved. Customers must also follow the terms of any provider they choose to connect.
5. Availability and changes
Features, workflows and product descriptions may change as the service is prepared and developed. This page does not promise continuous availability, a specific business outcome or a compliance certification. Nothing on this site is professional advice for a particular situation.
6. Commercial relationship and pricing
This site has no public purchase or checkout and publishes or establishes no prices. Any future commercial access will depend on terms presented separately to the customer and accepted by the parties. The applicable agreement will identify the contracting organization.
7. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the website or product changes. The version and update date appear at the top of the page. For existing customers, their direct agreement and the support channel provided during onboarding continue to apply.
D.O Command is the product name and does not by itself identify a contracting entity. The organization responsible for each commercial relationship will be stated in the documents provided to the customer.
