1. Scope
This notice covers the public docommand.app website and the D.O Command product. It is specific to the software product and is separate from privacy terms for another business's document or consular services.
The public site is informational: it has no registration form, contact form, account or checkout. It serves static files. The hosting provider may process technical request data such as IP address, time, browser and requested resource to deliver and protect the site. The hosting provider's own notice also applies to that access.
2. Information processed in the product
When a business receives access to D.O Command, the product may process information needed to operate its workspace, depending on the features enabled and used:
- account and team details such as name, email, role and workspace membership;
- business, service, team and workspace configuration details;
- client and contact records and service context entered or imported by the customer;
- messages, tasks, calendar events and finance records the team adds to the product;
- files and data submitted for import;
- connection details and tokens needed for providers the customer chooses to connect; and
- onboarding answers used to propose a compatible setup.
3. How information is used
Information is used to authenticate members, operate and configure the workspace, show records entered by the team, process requested imports and run enabled features. Onboarding answers may be interpreted by AI-assisted features to propose a structured plan. AI proposes; the customer reviews and confirms before configuration. The product does not promise to create arbitrary software.
Do not submit sensitive personal information that is not needed for the business's work. The customer's team decides what information to enter and who within the workspace should access it.
4. Workspaces and connections
Each business operates in a workspace. Server-side operations involving workspace data check member participation and apply workspace access boundaries. This describes product controls; it is not a compliance certification or a promise of zero risk.
If a customer connects an external provider, information needed for that connection may be sent to or received from that provider. Availability and approvals vary. Use is also subject to the selected provider's terms and privacy notice.
5. Hosting, service providers and legal requests
The product relies on technical infrastructure for hosting, authentication, operational email delivery and features enabled by the customer. Those providers process data as needed for their functions and applicable agreements. Information may also be disclosed when a valid legal obligation requires it.
D.O Command does not publish a fixed provider list on this page; providers may vary with workspace configuration and service environment.
6. Retention and data requests
Workspace information is kept as needed to provide the service, follow applicable instructions and agreements, and meet legal or security obligations. Workspace export or removal follows available product features and the terms agreed with the customer.
Users of existing workspaces should direct requests to the workspace owner or the support channel provided during onboarding or in the direct customer agreement. This public site does not accept requests through a form. A public support address will be listed here when inbound availability is confirmed.
7. Updates and contact
This notice may be updated as the website or product changes. Relevant changes will be communicated to workspace customers through an appropriate channel. The version published here describes product practices; specific agreements may supplement this notice.
D.O Command is the product name. The contracting organization and privacy channel for each customer are stated during onboarding or in the applicable agreement.
